Attach lists to the bathroom door so sitters can readily know the names
of the children whom they are watching and their room
numbers.

During opening meeting tell all parents with children

destination on the door of their room.
It is the parents' responsibility to return on

Have sitter's full names

Assign floors to sitters and discuss time slots, 8-11

As coordinator, you are keeper of the list-past
sitters, and their phone numbers. Keep this for the following year and always
ask for referrals for next year.
Make sure sitters have their own transportation. Be available to talk to sitters parents
if they have any questions about the conference.
