Before the Conference: 

            Contact the cook at the school to discuss menu and ratio of vegetarian to non-veg meals. 

 

 

During the Conference:

            Provide a link between the kitchen and the community, communicating requests between the two groups and negotiating glitches if any.

            Orchestrate a community Thank You for the kitchen staff sometime on Friday.  Sometimes T-shirts have been given to staff as part of the thankyou.
